Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in your being marked as “No Show”. If there are extenuating circumstances regarding your cancellation, please let us know so we can handle your cancellation accordingly.

Do you have prenatal visits for prospective patients?

Our practice would like to be available when you need us. Please let us know whether you or your children have any special communication or access needs. We operate on an appointment schedule. Well child care check-ups should be scheduled at least two to three months in advance. There will always be time to see your child if sick, but you first need to call for an appointment. Care providers rotate patients for sick visits. Also, please allow one hour time for a well child care check-up.

Which hospitals do your physicians visit?

Are all your physicians board certified?

Can you manage my child with the diagnosis of ADHD?

We are participating in the Children's Hospital of Cincinnati Collaborative program (link) which provides our patients with a service portal to help with the evaluation and management of ADHD. We use the Vanderbilt ADHD Questionaire as a screening tool. Prior to scheduling an appointment for an ADHD evaluation we recommend that you talk to your child's teachers. If there are concerns about learning disabilities we prefer that these be addressed prior to our evaluation. We also recommend that parents and teachers fill out the Vanderbilt ADHD Questionaires and return them to us. You will then be contacted to schedule an initial evaluation appointment.
